We are a 170+ member team based in India and are now expanding our presence into Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE

At Notion Press, youll work at the intersection of technology, publishing, and creativity, helping authors turn their ideas into books that inspire readers everywhere.

What You'll Do

• Speak with aspiring authors who have registered on the Notion Press platform
• Understand their book ideas, goals, and publishing needs
• Recommend the right publishing solutions for them
• Guide authors through the publishing process
• Build trust and long-term relationships with authors
• Achieve sales targets consistently while maintaining a high-quality author experience

NOTE: You DO NOT need publishing experience or prior sales experience to apply for this role.

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have 0 - 3 years of experience in sales / consulting
• Are comfortable speaking with people over phone and email
• Have good spoken and written English
• Are confident, curious, and enjoy solving problems
• Are motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth
• Can work independently and take ownership of your results

Bonus if you:

• Speak multiple languages
• Enjoy reading books, writing, or creative conversations
• Have worked in sales or client-facing roles before
