About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our business development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, research, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
  • Email Campaigns: Draft and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture prospects and generate interest.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and competitor research to support sales strategy and outreach efforts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM tool.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate with prospects via email and phone to understand requirements and schedule introductory calls.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
