Job Summery :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present company products/services effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


Required Skiles :

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and business development processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Good understanding of market research and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience working in IT services, recruitment, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
