Business Development Executive

The Role

This is not a traditional 96 office job.

We are a lean, remote-first team, and were looking for someone based in Mumbai who can actively help us build the market from the ground up.

You will:

* Identify and onboard premium retail stores

* Leverage existing distributor or retail relationships (if available)

* Build strong relationships with store owners and managers

* Negotiate product placements and shelf visibility

* Coordinate sampling and in-store activations when required

* Monitor sell-through and drive reorders

* Provide clear weekly market insights and feedback

* Plan and execute sampling stalls or kiosks in high-footfall areas across Mumbai to introduce LivvUp to consumers

On-ground store visits will be required when onboarding accounts, activating stores, or reviewing performance but this is not a daily route-based field sales role.

Who You Are

* You understand Mumbais modern retail ecosystem

* You have 34 years of experience in FMCG / beverage / health products

* You already have retail or distributor connections (preferred)

* You are self-driven and comfortable working independently

* You want to build something meaningful, not just hit monthly targets

Compensation

* Base Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month (depending on experience)

* Performance-based incentives upto 4,00,000, linked to market expansion and revenue milestones
