What Youll Do :

• Own the admissions pipeline end-to-end qualify inbound leads, schedule and conduct discovery/interview calls (English & Hindi), assess fit, and guide accepted candidates to enrollment.
• Lead structured admission interviews evaluate passion, skill level, and culture-fit, ensuring only the right candidates join our high-intensity programs.
• Track & follow up like a pro keep every prospect moving with on-point follow-ups, reminders, and personalized nudges that close the loop.
• Maintain crystal-clear CRM hygiene log every touchpoint, update deal stages, trigger automations, and keep the dashboard squeaky clean.
• Crunch the numbers use Excel/Google Sheets & other MS tools to monitor funnel metrics (application-to-enrolment %, call show-up rate, sales cycle length) and surface insights that unlock growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally relay real applicant feedback to marketing, content, and product teams to refine messaging, offers, and curriculum.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

• Fluent in Hindi & English switch effortlessly between languages and build instant rapport.
• 13 yrs in admissions, inside sales, or high-ticket edtech
• CRM power-user HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce or similar; you understand automation and pipeline logic.
• Relentless follow-through organized, detail-obsessed, and rigorous about hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Startup stamina thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-heavy environment and love building playbooks, not just following them.
