The Role -Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident, client-focused Business Development Executive who can own the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding a deal. If you know how to build relationships, understand client needs, and convert conversations into projects, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and qualify leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital channels
• Handle end-to-end client communication from initial inquiry to deal closure
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to present the right solutions
• Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads effectively

What We're Looking For

• 13years of experience in sales within an interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction firm
• Hands-on experience with CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you're comfortable speaking to homeowners, developers, and corporate clients alike
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to understand design concepts and explain them clearly to clients
• Mumbai-based
