Job Overview
IMAGEbytes Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (telesales) to promote IMAGEbytes PACS software and related services across India and overseas markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through emails, cold calling, and social networking while effectively communicating the value of our product to medical service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold and warm calls to medical service providers.
- Present and explain the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and services clearly and convincingly
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally
- Follow up with potential customers after initial interactions
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information, including names and contact details, IN SPREADSHEETS & CRM
- Record customer interactions and transaction details in the system
- Enter order and lead details accurately into the SPREADSHEETS & CRM
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong customer handling and persuasion skills & Good understanding of sales and lead generation processes
- Good computer proficiency in Google Sheets & CRM tools such as Vtiger and business data websites such as Lussa/Zoominfo/Crushbase/Apollo/Contactout and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- High energy level with a positive and proactive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to work requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Educational qualification: BCS (IT), BCA, BE, (IT) Msc (IT), MCA, MBA.
- Experience: 23 years in tele sales of software product/service industry
