Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad, for a Business Development Executive at ICON Nurturing Innocence A Preschool Chain. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, maintaining effective communication with existing and potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in education, customer relationship management, or related fields is an advantage
