Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to conduct campus outreach activities and create awareness about competitive exams and government job opportunities. The role involves visiting colleges, conducting student awareness sessions, and generating leads for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit colleges and educational institutions to build relationships with management and faculty.
  • Conduct awareness seminars for students on competitive exams such as Banking, SSC, Railways, and other government job opportunities.
  • Coordinate with college authorities to organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
  • Generate student leads through campus visits and follow up with interested candidates.
  • Maintain records of college visits, seminars conducted, and leads generated.
  • Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to support student enrolments.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to confidently address large student groups.
  • Good networking and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel for campus visits.
