Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bangalore (HSR Layout).

The Executive will be responsible for driving membership growth, nurturing leads, building community relationships, and ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for every potential HYFIT member.

The role requires close collaboration with the operations, marketing, and coaching teams to deliver a seamless sales journeyright from the first inquiry to final conversion and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and convert inbound leads generated through walk-ins, social media, events, and referrals
2. Conduct tours and deliver clear, compelling explanations of HYFITs offerings
3. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads and close memberships
4. Work with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, promotions, and campaigns
5. Assist in organizing community initiatives, member engagement activities, and events to strengthen HYFITs fitness community
6. Build long-term rapport with members and represent HYFITs brand values in every interaction
7. Identify local partnership or outreach opportunities to expand HYFITs presence

Qualifications

1. 01 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (fitness or hospitality experience is a plus)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
4. Goal-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in making lead trackers, or basic Excel/Google Sheets
6. Passion for fitness, community building, and helping people kickstart their fitness journey
