Business Development Executive (BDE) Online Bidding | 03 Years

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth through online bidding platforms and international client acquisition.

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 0 experience will undergo a structured 6-month internship/training program to develop skills in bidding, client communication, and lead generation.

• Identify and explore new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Write customized proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
• Learn and assist in managing company profiles on freelancing platforms.
• Communicate with international clients (training provided for freshers).
• Support in converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand project scope.
• Track bids, maintain records, and follow up with clients.
• Work towards achieving monthly performance targets (post-training).

• 03 years of experience in bidding, sales, or client communication (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of IT services (web/mobile/software) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn bidding strategies and client handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

• Duration: 6 Months Internship / Training
• Hands-on learning on Upwork and other platforms
• Training on proposal writing, bidding strategies, and client communication
• Exposure to real-time projects and client interactions
• Performance evaluation for full-time role after successful completion

• Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr).
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Understanding of CRM tools (optional).
