Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with partners and clients. This role involves active engagement with potential clients, promoting company services, and driving business growth.

• Demonstrate strong discipline and professionalism in daily sales activities
• Effectively handle objections and address customer concerns
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully
• Identify problems and provide timely, practical solutions
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics
• Take complete ownership of assigned leads, accounts, and outcome.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and strategic planning
• Exceptional Communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Immediate Joiner
• 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in sales.
