Business Development Executive

To aggressively identify, pitch, upsell, and close influencer marketing and allied service opportunities while building strong agency partnerships that consistently drive revenue growth for GYG.

The ideal day-to-day tasks would look something like -

1. Identify, generate, and qualify new inbound and outbound leads
2. Actively pitch GYGs influencer marketing and allied services
3. Drive conversations toward closure with clear next steps
4. Close deals and convert opportunities into confirmed business
5. Maintain deep AZ knowledge of GYG revenue models, timelines, and verticals
6. Upsell and cross-sell services across influencer marketing, social, content, performance, and PR
7. Build and maintain relationships with agencies across verticals
8. Onboard larger agencies for collaboration, overflow, and white-label opportunities
9. Identify and capture business passed on due to bandwidth or capability gaps
10. Track all leads, conversations, and closures in BD trackers
11. Share clear daily BD updates, pipeline status, and closures with leadership
