About the Role:

GetCito is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive Intern to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients via calls, build rapport, and convert them into active customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for client engagement.

Youll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to:

  • Call and engage with leads provided by the company.
  • Understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company offerings.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects to drive conversions.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to ensure engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversion status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for lead conversion.
  • Assist in preparing reports on lead status, conversion rates, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on company services and industry trends to communicate effectively.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are also eligible.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
