Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Present company services/products in a clear and compelling way.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and closing sales deals.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic understanding of sales principles (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Any graduate (MBA Marketing is an added advantage).
