Job Title: Business Development Executive (US IT Sales)

Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Experience: 0 years to 8 Years

Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST Monday to Friday

Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred

Must have Skills:

• Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US shift timings
• Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
• Generate and qualify IT sales leads
• Identify client requirements and present company services
• Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
