Marketing | Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit institutes (colleges, universities, coaching centers) to identify and tap study abroad
  • aspirants.
  • Visit Communities to identify and tap study abroad aspirants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management, counselors, and faculty.
  • Promote study abroad programs through seminars, presentations, and on-campus activities.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate student data and inquiries generated from visits.
  • Counsel interested students at a basic level and schedule follow-ups with the counseling team.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities such as education fairs, workshops, and info sessions.
  • Coordinate with the internal admissions and counseling teams to ensure smooth lead
  • conversion.
  • Track daily visit reports, lead status, and conversion metrics.
  • Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility across institutions.
  • Identify new institutions and partnerships to expand market reach.


Counselling | Roles & Responsibilities

  • Counsel study abroad aspirants based on their preferred country, academic profile, and career
  • objectives.
  • Assist students with university and course shortlisting in line with eligibility and requirements.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain students academic and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and submit applications to global universities within specified timelines.
  • Manage the complete student lifecycle from initial counselling through application processing
  • and visa assistance.
  • Support the marketing team during institutional visits, seminars, and other promotional
  • activities.
