Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive | Client Acquisition Executive located in Kalyan Dombivli, Thane, Ambernath, Panvel, Vashi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include organizing client meetings, preparing proposals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client acquisition expertise, with demonstrated ability to drive results
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research and analysis proficiency to identify new business opportunities
- Ability to develop and execute detailed sales and customer engagement strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience in field sales roles, preferably in industries related to play equipment, outdoor products, or similar fields
- Willingness to travel locally as part of job responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
