Business Development Executive (F)

We are hiring a Inside Business Development Executive who will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into paying clients. This is a target-driven, voice-based sales role.

Monthly In-hand: 20,000 - 25,000 Fixed + Incentive Depending upon candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
• Explain FileTaxOnlines services clearly and confidently
• Pitch services to decision-makers and close sales
• Convert inquiries into revenue-generating projects
• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain basic call and lead follow-up records

Eligibility & Skills

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
• Good command of Hindi
• Prior telecalling / inside sales experience preferred
• Confident communicator with convincing skills
• Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
