We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the corporate events and experiential marketing space. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence across corporate and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, pharma, fintech, and institutional sectors.

Develop strong relationships with marketing heads, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

Actively pitch event concepts and experiential solutions to prospective clients.

Client Acquisition & Account Management

Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.

Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space.

Build a strong pipeline of corporate event opportunities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with creative, operations, and production teams to deliver compelling proposals and seamless event execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

37 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Events, Experiential Marketing, or Corporate Services

Strong network within corporate organizations in Mumbai

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to convert leads into long-term client relationships

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
