Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to sales growth. The role involves executing effective communication strategies to address client needs, negotiating contracts, and achieving set business goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and Business Planning
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and client relationships effectively
• Capability to work in a team-driven environment and adapt to dynamic market needs
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with industrial electrical products and accessories is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis techniques is advantageous
