Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Pune Division. The role involves driving new business opportunities through lead generation, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions. The Business Development Executive will communicate effectively with stakeholders, identify business needs, and create strategies to drive growth and expand the company's reach.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strategic mindset for identifying and nurturing opportunities
• Skills in Business and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency with CRM and workflow management tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development roles is preferred
