Location: Noida Extension

Devobyte OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client meetings (face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic) to present company products/services

Understand client requirements and offer tailored business solutions

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build strong relationships

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets

Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding


Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities

Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools

Ability to work independently as well as in a team


Salary & Benefits

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Performance-based incentives
