Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong sales background. The role primarily focuses on client meetings, lead follow-ups, and closing sales. Candidates with prior sales experience and excellent communication skills will be preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct client meetings (face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic) to pitch company products/services
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Perform regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and sales progress
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
Good communication skills are mandatory (verbal & written)
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
