Location: Gurugram | Full-time, On-site

At Chakki Peesing (Grindstory Food Tech India Pvt Ltd), were not just another D2C food brand, were on a mission to revolutionize the way India consumes freshly milled staples, flours, oils, spices, and natural products. Fast-growing, bold, and ambitious, were scaling quickly and we need a sales superstar to own and grow our HORECA & B2B vertical.


The Role

Were hunting for a Sr. Sales Executive who knows how to sniff out opportunities, close deals, and build long-term revenue-driving relationships. If you love the chase, hate losing, and live for the thrill of the close, this is your playground.


Youll manage the entire sales cycle: from cold outreach and pipeline building to deal-closing handshakes (and everything in between). Your targets: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Wellness chains, and Institutions.

This role is not for the faint-hearted, its for someone who eats targets for breakfast and wants to grow a sales team under them within 812 months.


What Youll Do
  • Hunt and convert new clients in HORECA, wellness, and institutional segments.
  • Manage accounts like a pro from first pitch to repeat orders.
  • Negotiate deals with confidence and close with authority.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (and never let it dry).
  • Keep an eye on competition and grab market share with smart strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership to scale this vertical into a revenue powerhouse.


What Were Looking For
  • 12 years of hardcore B2B sales experience (preferably in HORECA, wellness, or institutional sales).
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication (English & Hindi), and persuasion skills.
  • A true hunters mindset: proactive, resilient, and always closing.
  • Business acumen with sharp account management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
