Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation and closure of C&I solar EPC projects

Identify and onboard industrial & commercial clients

Site visits, requirement assessment, and solution finalization

Techno-commercial proposal discussion & negotiation

Deal closure and handover to execution team

Channel partner / consultant coordination

Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting


KRAs & Revenue Targets (Core Section)


1 Revenue & Order Booking

Annual Order Booking Target: 610 Crore

Monthly Target: 50L 1 Cr project value

Average Deal Size: 75L 3 Cr

Minimum 24 project closures per quarter


2 Lead Generation & Pipeline

Generate 2030 qualified C&I leads/month

Maintain 3 pipeline coverage of assigned revenue target

At least 68 active negotiations/month

Minimum 46 site visits/week


3 Conversion & Deal Closure

Lead-to-closure ratio: 1520%

Proposal turnaround time: within 35 working days

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently


4 Margin & Commercial Discipline

Maintain minimum approved gross margin per project

Ensure pricing approvals before final commitment

Avoid scope creep and uncontrolled commercial risks


5 Client Relationship & Retention

100% smooth handover to execution team

Client satisfaction score above 90%

Generate repeat orders / referrals from existing clients


6 Reporting & Compliance

Weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

CRM hygiene & documentation accuracy

Coordination with engineering, SCM & execution teams


Incentive Structure (High Upside )

Deal-wise incentive linked to revenue & margin

Quarterly performance bonuses on target achievement

Additional incentives for over-achievement

No upper cap for high performers


Top performers can earn 1015 LPA+ annually


Skills & Profile Required

Strong B2B sales & negotiation capability

Knowledge of C&I solar EPC, rooftop solar, net metering

Comfortable handling 1 Cr+ deal sizes

Target-driven, disciplined, and ownership mindset
