Role Overview

We are looking for a revenue-focused Business Development Executive who can:


Acquire new clients

  • Drive monthly revenue growth
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage client relationships
  • This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

1 New Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads (inbound + outbound)
  • Pitch branding, website, and digital marketing solutions
  • Close high-value projects and retainers
  • Achieve structured monthly revenue targets

2 Upselling & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify add-on opportunities within existing clients
  • Increase retainer slabs strategically
  • Support renewal conversations

3 Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and expectation alignment
  • Coordinate internally with creative & execution team
  • Maintain structured updates and follow-ups


Commission Structure

  • Tiered commission on new collected revenue
  • Additional incentives on upsell revenue
  • No cap on earning potential
  • High performers can earn 60K80K+ in strong months.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 13 years experience in B2B sales (agency preferred)
  • Comfortable handling revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation & closing ability
  • Capable of managing client communication professionally
  • Disciplined in follow-ups & pipeline tracking
  • Value-driven selling mindset
