Job Description
Key Role:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment documentation. This includes conducting legal due diligence, researching regulatory positions and providing general corporate advisory services.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and interest in venture capital and regulatory landscape
- Minimum 4 years PQE in Mergers & Acquisitions and VC transactions
