Over the past 4 years, we have helped businesses automate operations, improve efficiency, and achieve digital transformation. We work with startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises to build technology solutions that scale with their business.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about building relationships and helping businesses adopt modern digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Identify and generate new business opportunities

Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements

Present company services including web development, ERP, CRM, AI solutions, and digital marketing

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Follow up with leads and convert them into clients

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets

Excellent English communication skills

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Basic understanding of IT or digital services is a plus

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems

Understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing
