We are seeking a driven and experiencedBusiness Managerto lead our business development initiatives in theOEM, Automobile, and Telematicsspace. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record in strategic B2B sales.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with automotive OEMs and enterprise clients.
- Lead sales efforts for telematics and IoT products including GPS devices, vehicle tracking systems, and connected car solutions.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with OEMs, fleet owners, and automotive partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) to deliver customized client solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet revenue targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development in theOEM/automotive or telematicssector.
- In-depth understanding of telematics, IoT solutions, GPS tracking, and connected vehicle technologies.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and execute strategic partnerships.
- Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development.
- Prior experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers or vehicle OEMs.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Technical familiarity with CAN-based systems, GPS modules, or vehicle diagnostics is a plus.
