About the Role
We are hiring a confident and well-presented Sales Executive to promote and manage client consultations for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong personality, and a passion for high-value client interaction.
Prior EB-5 experience is not mandatory comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound investor inquiries
Conduct professional client meetings (virtual & in-person)
Present EB-5 investment opportunities clearly and confidently
Build strong rapport with HNI clients and families
Follow up consistently and convert leads into closures
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English mandatory)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
Presentable and comfortable interacting with premium clients
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Sales-driven mindset
Basic understanding of finance or immigration (preferred but not required)
Preferred Background
Experience in luxury sales, real estate, banking, wealth management, hospitality, or premium services
MBA / Business background is an advantage
