research organization specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Gestalt Psychology. Our programs are designed to transform lives by bridging cutting-edge psychological insights with practical applications. Founded in 2013 in Mumbai, we have expanded to offer training and certification courses across eight countries globally. Our journey began in 2011 with a shared vision to impart the transformative skills of Neuro-Linguistics and Gestalt Psychology, focusing on body language, human behaviour, and language patterns.

Having conducted over 200 certification courses and taught more than 10,000+ students, The Anil Thomas Fellowship is now setting its sights on new global milestones, aiming to lead the market in the fields of psychology, mental health, and personal development. Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for finding, nurturing, and closing new

business opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and strategy, with a strong focus on long-term growth rather than just short-term sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support content and plans for various channels/platforms.
• Engage and nurture relationships with clients guiding them through the course.
• Coordinate with clients with regard to submissions and assignments
• Understand needs and ensure smooth coordination and communication with clients.
• Guide and help clients make informed decisions based on their requirements.
• Create, update and maintain client databases on a regular basis.
• Outline design and Peer content for the marketing of the course.
• Moderate the integration process of the clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree is required. (Freshers are also invited to apply)
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Research and Content Development within the subject.
