Responsibilities:

Identify and map properties for Facility Operations within Kolkata, suburbs and other potential cities of West Bengal.
Build relation with property operators.
Prepare company profile and present to clients/ property owners.
Plan and achieve sales target.
Maintain records of all clients visits with relevant details and documentation.
Pricing the tenders and preparing the technical and commercial offers for submission.
Coordinate with operations team for pre-handover audit of property.
Prepare pre-handover audit report for client/ property owner.
Coordinate with FM operations team for mobilization.
Handover the awarded properties to the operation team and ensure the operations have been taken over smoothly.
