Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai

What Youll Own?

• Build deep, consultative relationships with CHROs, CEOs, CTOs and L&D heads
• Craft and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets;
• Understand client challenges and design tailored, strategic solutions;
• Lead high-value pitches and close transformative, long-term deals;
• Track market shifts, spot new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead;
• Mentor and guide younger team members, shaping how we show up in the market;
• Navigate contract negotiations and pricing discussions with confidence;
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.

What Sets you Apart?

• 4+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in the talent space;
• Mature presence with exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Focused to sell by shapingnot pushingideas that matter;
• Willing to travel when needed to build stronger, trust-led partnerships.
