This is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, fostering client relationships, and supporting customer service needs. The role includes analyzing market trends, creating strategies to reach potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting new clients
