Job Summary:

Atrangi Productions is seeking a high-energyBusiness Development & Brand Solutions Associateto drive our agency's expansion in the D2C content space. This role offers direct mentorship from Founders with16+ years of industry experiencein Television and Audio-Visual production.

We are looking for a "Growth Partner" who is eager to learn the business side of media, from identifying high-ticket brands to managing top-tier client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Research:Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and mine data for emerging and established D2C brands.
• Client Outreach:Initiating professional contact via LinkedIn, Email, and Calls to pitch our creative solutions and secure initial meetings.
• Account Coordination:Acting as the primary bridge between the client and our production team once a project is secured.
• Relationship Management:Ensuring client satisfaction and managing long-term project pipelines to drive recurring business.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration (BBA),Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience:0 - 1 Yearof experience (Freshers with a strong "hustler" mindset are encouraged to apply).
• Communication:Professional fluency in English and Hindi with the ability to craft sharp, persuasive pitches.
• Location:Must be based in or willing to relocate toNoidafor a full-time, on-site role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or experience in aUGC (User Generated Content) Agencyor Media Production house.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and social media content trends.
