About Sukoon


Sukoon Health is building India's first specialised chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up a 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialised segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.


About the Role

We are looking to onboard a Business Development Lead for our Delhi location.

Areas of Focus


Clinical Community Building

  • Identify the right communities
  • Communicate Sukoons clinical product
  • Deliver "Sukoon Standard" events and experiences
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adhere to set targets and budgets


Insurance

  • Identify key insurers for different micro-markets
  • Create an empanelment plan in line with targets
  • Ensure timely recoveries
  • Ensure a seamless insurance experience
  • Ensure a healthy claim rate in line with targets


Conversion

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure dissemination strategies are inline with targets
  • Sign off any collateral being published
  • Ensure a seamless patient experience for the entire funnel
  • Work closely with content teams to develop vernacular communication


Partnerships

  • Lead strategic clinical partnerships according to micro markets
  • Build relationships with corporates and institutions in line with AOP
  • Develop relationships with public health entities


Qualifications

  • Strong background in healthcare sales and business development
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development / sales role within a established organisation as a Leader
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build teams
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to understand and present clinical data
  • Flexibility to cope with changing product and strategies
