Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

CTC: Upto 12 LPA*

Core Requirements:

• 27+ years of total experience (1.53+ years in hardcore B2C / consultative sales).
• Proven success in high-ticket sales (50K+ preferred).
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills, especially around pricing & ROI
• Experience working with CRM-led sales processes (LSQ or similar preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Graduate degree required (Postgraduate is a plus).

What Youll Do:

• Engage High-Intent Leads: Connect with working professionals whove shown interest and understand their career aspirations.
• Run Structured Career Conversations: Assess experience, identify growth gaps, and recommend the right Scaler program fit.
• Handle Objections with Confidence: Address concerns around fees, ROI, and time commitment with clarity and value framing.
• Own Revenue Targets: Drive monthly conversions, maintain CRM discipline, and consistently deliver daily performance metrics.
• Build Long-Term Trust: Nurture prospects strategically high-ticket sales close on credibility, not pressure.
