Business Development Associate | Consultative Sales | Career Transformation
At Scaler, Business Development isnt volume calling. Its high-ticket, consultative selling to ambitious working professionals. You will guide engineers and tech professionals toward informed career decisions, while owning revenue outcomes.
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
CTC: Upto 12 LPA*
Joining: Immediate
Core Requirements:
- 27+ years of total experience (1.53+ years in hardcore B2C / consultative sales).
- Proven success in high-ticket sales (50K+ preferred).
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills, especially around pricing & ROI
- Experience working with CRM-led sales processes (LSQ or similar preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Graduate degree required (Postgraduate is a plus).
What Youll Do:
- Engage High-Intent Leads: Connect with working professionals whove shown interest and understand their career aspirations.
- Run Structured Career Conversations: Assess experience, identify growth gaps, and recommend the right Scaler program fit.
- Handle Objections with Confidence: Address concerns around fees, ROI, and time commitment with clarity and value framing.
- Own Revenue Targets: Drive monthly conversions, maintain CRM discipline, and consistently deliver daily performance metrics.
- Build Long-Term Trust: Nurture prospects strategically high-ticket sales close on credibility, not pressure.
