Locations: Bangalore / Gurgaon

CTC: 7 8.4 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentives

We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Associates (BDA) / Sales Development Associates (SDA) who are passionate about sales and helping professionals advance their careers through innovative EdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential learners and guide them through the current tech learning landscape.

Understand candidates career goals and recommend relevant programs that align with their aspirations.

Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the decision-making process.

Drive conversions through consultative sales conversations.

Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a strong learner-first approach.


These responsibilities reflect the core BDA role of engaging prospects and helping them understand how the platform can support their career growth.



Eligibility Criteria


Must Have

16 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Bachelors degree in any stream (B.Tech preferred)

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Passion for sales, targets, and performance-driven environments

Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as LeadSquared (LSQ)


Good to Have

Experience in the EdTech industry

Experience selling high-ticket products (> 50K)

Understanding of tech or upskilling programs

Experience handling inbound or outbound sales funnels
