We are looking for a Business Development Associate who thrives on ownership, performance, and impact. In this role, you will be the face of Kapable for our prospective learners, managing the complete journey from the first interaction to onboarding. You will combine empathy with strategy, engage with both inbound and outbound leads, and ensure every potential learner receives a seamless and high-quality experience through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Funnel Management
Manage the complete lifecycle of leads from qualification to onboarding ensuring consistent and timely engagement at every stage. Plan and execute structured outreach for inbound, outbound, and reactivation leads to maximize conversions and maintain a strong pipeline.
2. Consultative Engagement and Client Interaction
Understand learner needs and align them effectively with Kapables programs, presenting them with clarity, credibility, and confidence. Personalize communication across calls, emails, and messages to build trust, create value, and establish long-term relationships.
3. Planning and Performance Optimization
Prioritize daily outreach based on lead intent, stage, and conversion probability to achieve targets effectively. Leverage CRM insights and data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and enhance overall effectiveness and conversion ratios.
4. Operational Excellence and Reporting
Maintain structured follow-ups, accurate lead notes, and updated records within the CRM for visibility and forecasting. Participate in regular performance reviews to assess pipeline health, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans for upcoming goals.
