Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in the luxury lighting/design space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and clients
• Schedule meetings and assist in client presentations
• Follow up on enquiries and proposals
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Support the Business Development Team in closing deals

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in sales/business development
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Well-organised and comfortable multitasking
• Confident in client interactions

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Background in interior design, lighting, home dcor, or related industry
• Understanding of the design/architecture ecosystem
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and analyze potential business opportunities
• Expertise in Presentation Skills and creating impactful Presentations
• Outstanding Communication skills to build and maintain relationships effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and show self-motivation in achieving targets
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or sales in the luxury design or lighting industry is an advantage
