About the Founder -

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to shape HiroJets growth strategy, expand client relationships, and drive impactful results. This is a on-site opportunity from Raipur (C.G), ideal for professionals with at least 1-2 years of BD experience, preferably in recruitment or stang.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies. Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and outreach. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pitches. Track KPIs and continuously refine business development processes. Foster strong client retention through proactive engagement.

What Were Looking For-

• 1-2 years of business development experience (stang, recruitment, or B2B preferred).
• we need people who have sold some services to US/UK folks and can speak to them.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and deliver impactful results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, self-starter mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote setup.
