Business Development Associate (Education Loan Vertical)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will drive sales and foster client relationships by

assisting students in securing overseas education loans. The role involves understanding client

needs, pitching loan products, and ensuring smooth document collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (students) to explain and sell overseas education loan

products. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.

Present loan options, benefits, and repayment terms to students interested in studying abroad.

Collect, verify, and process KYC documents required for loan applications.

Collaborate with students and internal teams to ensure a seamless loan application process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and document status in the Google sheets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales or business development (preferably in education or finance).

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Comfortable using google suite and basic office software.
