Role Description
As a Business Development Associate, you are the backbone of our sales and operations team. You wont be selling to customers; instead, you will be "selling" the DAZZL opportunity to the best beauty and wellness professionals in the city and developing the team of professionals across different micromarkets. You will be on the move, identifying top-tier talent, and bringing them onto the DAZZL platform to ensure our 10-minute promise is always met.
What are we looking for
- The Hustler Mindset: You enjoy being on the field, meeting new people, and closing deals.
- Communication Skills: You can talk to anyonefrom a solo freelancer to a salon ownerand explain the value of DAZZL in simple, persuasive terms.
- Ownership: You are self-motivated and can work independently without constant supervision.
- Experience: 13 years in Field Sales, Business Development, or Vendor Onboarding (experience in startups is a plus.
