Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, acquiring clients, and supporting business growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.


Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Present and pitch company services confidently; schedule and manage client meetings.

Drive the end-to-end client acquisition process and convert prospects into clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong professional relationships.

Prepare and manage lead databases, reports, and performance dashboards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Support brand visibility through outreach and networking initiatives.

Requirements

24 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or B2B/service sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and handling corporate clients.

Ability to independently pitch services and contribute to revenue growth.

Proficiency in tracking leads, preparing reports, and managing client data.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Willingness to work onsite in Chennai.
