We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Associate professional for a Leading Digital Logistics Technology Company.

Position: Business Development Associate Transportation Technology

Location: Fresno, CA, United States

Position: US IT Sales

Experience: 1 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and engage transporters, fleet owners, logistics providers, and supply chain companies in the assigned region.

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person meetings.

Understand client challenges related to fuel cost optimization, back-office operations, fleet visibility, and control tower operations.

Present SaaS, IT services, and customized technology solutions in a consultative manner.

Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for product demonstrations.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with newly signed clients.

Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Act as a key point of contact between clients and global delivery teams.

Experience Required:

14 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B sales.

Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in simple business terms.

Willingness to travel across the United States for client onboarding and implementations.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven professional.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree (preferably Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering)

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must have a valid B1/B2 US Visa.
