mustard are partnering with a leading International Architecture and Design practice to deliver pivotal projects across the region. This dynamic collaboration offers a high-impact opportunity to assume a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly expanding market.
This role will ideally be based in Mumbai with occasional travel to HQ in Singapore within a hybrid model.
Position:
The Strategic Client Lead will spearhead growth initiatives by identifying project opportunities and forging key relationships in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) landscape. You will be instrumental in cultivating a robust network, uncovering new ventures, and positioning our firm as a partner of choice for leading developers and real estate organizations.
Core Objectives:
- Market Expansion: Proactively evaluate new project leads by analyzing market trends and tracking relevant procurement channels.
- Relationship Development: Establish and strengthen long-term professional connections with key stakeholders, from senior executives to project consultants.
- Strategic Representation: Act as the company representative at sector events, trade shows, and high-level meetings.
- Proposal Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development of compelling, customized submissions and client presentations.
Required Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 8-10 years in business development. Experience directly serving the AEC industry is a must.
- A track record of successfully securing projects through managing complex tenders and proposals in the region.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate and infrastructure project cycles, including public and private procurement processes in South Asia.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English. Command of Hindi or another regional language is beneficial.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the organizational skills to balance multiple strategic priorities
