Job Description
Investment appraisal & Financial bid submission having strong analytical skills including Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF, Relative Valuation) etc.;
Ability to lead commercial and financial due diligence of M&A/PE and Structured Debt/ Mezzanine transactions;
Ability to in-depth examine target entities’ financials, financing documents, project concession agreements etc.;
Preparation of investment and financing documents including stakeholder’s presentations, Information Memo;
Assistance in execution of binding agreements, negotiations/ deal closure
Educational qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Engineers / NICMAR
