Working Model: Onsite

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Budget: 4 - 6 LPA

Experience: 1-3 years


About the Role

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts. Youll play a key role in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline, driving outreach, and supporting the BD team through research, data, and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Research

  • Create and update sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Develop case studies highlighting client work, impact, and outcomes.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Support the team with data, insights, and research for proposals and pitches.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales team.

CRM & Collaboration

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Ensure proper tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and follow-ups.
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead quality, and conversions.


What Youll Bring

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and client engagement.
  • Experience with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing process.
