Job Summary

The Business Development Executive at the Center for International Relations and Research (CIRR) will be responsible for promoting international academic opportunities among university students. The role focuses on creating awareness, marketing, and student outreach for programs such as the International Mobility Programs and International Pathway Programs offered in collaboration with global partner universities. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal departments and students to encourage participation and ensure successful registrations for these international mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Promotion : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote International Mobility Programs and Pathway Programs among university students and Create awareness about global learning opportunities through presentations, seminars, and promotional campaigns across different faculties and institutes.
  2. Student Outreach & Engagement : Conduct information sessions, orientation programs, and workshops to educate students about international mobility programs and Engage directly with students to guide them regarding program benefits, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
  3. Student Registration & Enrollment : Facilitate and manage the registration process for students interested in international exchange and pathway programs and Maintain records of student applications and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth processing.
  4. Marketing & Communication : Design promotional materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and social media campaigns to promote CIRR programs and Coordinate with the universitys marketing team to ensure effective promotion across digital and offline channels.
  5. Collaboration with Academic Departments : Coordinate with deans, faculty coordinators, and department heads to promote international programs within their respective institutes and Identify potential students and encourage participation in global mobility programs.
  6. Event Management : Organize promotional events such as international program fairs, information sessions, and student engagement activities and Support CIRR in organizing international partner visits and program promotion events.
  7. Reporting & Performance Tracking : Track student inquiries, participation, and program registrations, Prepare reports on marketing activities, student engagement, and program outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in marketing, student engagement, or educational program promotion is preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships with students and academic departments.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of students registered for International Exchange and Pathway Programs.
  • Effectiveness of promotional campaigns and student outreach activities.
  • Growth in student participation in international mobility programs.
  • Successful organization of awareness sessions and promotional events.
